the beard's demise - stage 3
Then Mr. Tough Guy morphed into Mr. Debonair, otherwise known as the 3rd stage of the beard's demise. Thankfully this stage lasted for only an hour or so. I am happy to report that, except for his five o'clock shadow, Brett is now free of facial hair.

will and his father AKA mr. tough guy
It's a wonder William would go near him at this point. I mean, he looked pretty tough! But Will knew it was still the same old Dada under that mustache.the beard's demise - stage 2
... then I saw this. At first he was trying to be all "tough guy" but we all know Brett better than that!the beard's demise - stage 1
Of course, he decided to shave it off in stages. This was the first stage. I thought the sideburns were particularly spectacular but then...the beard
When Brett's luggage didn't arrive with him in Fredericton at Christmas he ended up going 5 days without his shaving kit so he decided to grow a beard for a while. This was the beard a month later when he could stand it no more. Man, that first photo is off-putting.
